Francois Chartier, Tanaka 1789 Brewery's "Master blender", and his collaborator, sommelier Nicolas Roché, will demonstrate how they will run the blending session for the 2019 vintage of new Japanese sakes. In this era of Covid-19, they'll direct the session virtually, live from their office in Barcelona.
